Clown fish in Trouble!

that vid in the bucket, it looked fine.

 

it just dropped to the bottom of the bucket and started twitching....I put it back in the main tank and hope that it will make it through! I will post of video of it twitching in the tank.

youre right, doesnt look too good. only time will tell now. looks like its trying to move, but breathing fast.

 

Sigh....The worst has come...he died........Does anyone know if I have to bring the fish to the LFS to prove that its dead? or do I just tell him?

 

i know its big al's policy, no guarantees on marine fish. so not sure there. but hopefully theyd be good about it and give you a new one

 

Alright guys, I just went back to Sea U Marine today to see if I could have a deal or somthing since their fish died the day I bought it but they said "sorry no warranty on lifestock". Since they were also having sale on cleaner shrimp, I picked up 2 for 10 ea. TODAY, ONE DIED AND ONE SURVIVED. This is ridiculous! I acclimated it for an hour using drip and one died! sigh...never going there again.

 

wow, that lfs seems to be crap. pardon my french. lol. im gonna go check that place out. but more for curiosity , than to get anything. and flazky, im gonna say something about the reputation that ive heard about. why dont you stay with big al's for abit. ive always had good luck with them. and in this case. i think youre getting what you paid for. i dont think thats place is very good.

 

What kind of flow and surface agitation do you have? It might be an oxygen problem.

Wow, I just noticed that your tank is only about 3 weeks old. You need to wait before adding that much livestock.
