yeah, but the thing is, the shrimp that died, died in the bag while I was acclimating.....-.-;;; anyhow, I checked the parameters every other day and they seem to be good o.o.. I imagine that I probably had a short cycling period due to the fact that I added some seachem stability to help it cycle along (recommended by JLaquatics). And although Bigal hasnt dissapointed me, some of their items are just kinda of expensive...like Fire shrimp for almost 50 bucks ea....also I went to big als several times and their clownfish (at that time) didnt look too healthy.

thats where ive gotten all my fish from. and have never had a fish die , other than from carpet surfing. :) but they will feed the fish, and if youve gotten to know them, they will steer you away from things. at least the relationship ive built up with them has worked that way. but if the shrimp died in the bag, well somethings wrong with that place. but i am gonna go check it out for myself.

+1 on never pour unknown water in your tank!

Take some air tubing tie a knot in it and let the tank drain into your bucket for about 30 mins. Also clowns will act sickly when you first introduce into a new tank. They will float on their sides or pout in a corner on the bottom for a few days. If you turn off your lights when introducing new fish the will do better too.

I am happy for you that the others are doing well now... but what a bummer about the shrimp. I have a great lfs here in Spain and he always waits for 2 weeks to acclimate them before selling them. That's always a problem when ordering online... you never know what you get.
    Again sorry for the loss!!
