So my female clown fish started acting ... I dunno.... not herself.

She's swimming around the tank looking fine for a minute then the darts into back right corner of the tank and props herself kind of on her side between the tank wall and a snail shell... she'll hang out there for quite a while, then cruise around the tank looking just fine.... then lay down on her side in the exact same spot of the back corner of the tank. It's not sheltered really, just lower flow than other places in the tank, otherwise it's wide open. Will add pics in a few.

She looks just fine swimming around then when she lays down she starts to breath a little heavy and looks almost dead - pretty much motionless, which is a new one for me w/ clowns... seems they NEVER stop moving.

I did add Red Slime Control (cyano death nuke) about 8 hours ago and didn't get an air stone hooked up right away....but one is running now. The male clown and all my other fish, corals, and CuC all seem fine. If it was a water issue wouldn't they all be showing distress signs? She's been eating and is very plump... (maybe full of eggs, is what I am hoping) and this is juts totally new. My mom was at the shop all day and said she noticed it and has been doing it all day, but when I got in this morning she was fine....

    argh. stress.

Any helpful words are much appreciated.

I know they do weird things, but I haven't seen any major change in behavior since I got them... I was saying a few days ago how if i have a dime for every "my clown is acting strange" thread I'd be rich, but this isn't "weird" or "strange" it's worrisome ... very unlike her to do ANYTHING for this long... my clowns are so ADHD you'd think they need ritalin. The fact that she'll swim around then plant herself motionless in one spot for more than a minute isn't like her....

I have a video I will upload soon.
