    I have read of percula clowns mating and bonding, my quesiton is do the false percula display the same type of behavior?:confused:

    yes, mine have not mated but, you wont see them more then 2 or 3 icnhes apart, they love each other ahha

    o.k then let me ask this, the false percula i have now i have had for quite sometime,almost a year or maybe even a little over, and he lives in his anemone, will the introduction of another clown be o.k. without another anemone

    You should be ok. I have a nemo for about 10 yrs now and I got her a mate about 8 months ago and they hit it off just fine. He was in her anemone the very next day. The trick is to get the second nemo much smaller than the one you have already. Good luck. Luna

    I 2nd the "The trick is to get the second nemo much smaller than the one you have already"

    Also be prepared to save the little bugger if it goes bad and there is a pretty good chance
    depending on how large the original one is. Clowns are a crap shoot as to whether they
    will get along or kill each other.

    I got lucky, I got mine from a friend already paired up. It is trip to watch them, sometimes
    it like they are glued together. He also is very protective, if I am working on their tank he
    attacks my hand till I remove it from his tank, ballsy little bugger!

    usually false percs are less aggresive to each other.notice how i said usually every case is different.but i would go with the small method and dont get one that just hatched if you know what i mean.get a small decnt size one.

    good news guys, went to the lfs tonight, lucked out and found a nemo. brought him home and put him in the tank, and they hit it off really well, but i have just put him in there, already doing the seizure type movements.
