Clown floats around looks week

Hey guys i just got a tru clown. Tanks been cycling checked ammonia once it was gone i added this clown now hes always up on the glass and at the top of the tank. At night he kinda floats around the surface. He looks kinda weak. Any ideas of what to do?

 

Is he eating?

 

What were/are the levels of your nitrites and nitrates, they need to spike and decrease as well, in that order, that is part of the normal "cycle". Until this happens your tank is not cycled.
Watch how long your run your lights too after your cycle.
Its great to have them on since its new and nice to see but the extended photo period can cause an algae bloom or possible cyno bacteria out break-I think we have all had them

How long have you had the tank set up ?

 

is it normal clown behavior. Clowns just kind of hover in one place

 

He is deff eating and seeems like hes never full of course lol whats a good food for him? Seems like hes alright checked him after work and maybe hes just a restless fella lol never seems to just chill lol

 

Well, if it was looking week, that should end by tomorrow.

 

As long as hes eating, you should not have much to worry about.
