TBH dude I think it's very normal. My FW Angelfish fight constantly but are at the same time as you put inseparable. Just keep in mind the female of the pair will ALWAYS remind the male who is dominant and constantly making sure he doesn't forget that!!

My angels get along great but once or twice a month when it's time for them to lay their eggs they get into this nasty I hate you mentality. The male doesnt seem to mind the pecking he just moves out of her way and hides in some plants lol

I have heard clowns do this too and to a much more aggressive extent. I wouldn't worry too much about it especially since your other inhabitants aren't being harassed then I'd say it has sometime to do with mating or she's just reestablishing the pecking order in her mind, since in the other guys mind he is happy and content being her follower! She on the other hand, has mental issues and doesn't know what she wants... just like all women species!

So I checked the tank a few hrs after all lights went out. She let him back into the anemone but this morning it looks like she kicked him out again. I feel bad saying this but it's funny to watch, the Six Line has no idea what to do. He will hang out with her for a few min and then swim up up him and hang out.

The males fins look good so I'm crossing fingers they are preparing to pair up.
