So I had pair of picaso clowns and have had them for about a month. Recently I lost my small one to what I thought was an escape attempt but never found the body. After that I added an eggcrate lid and just today I lost the larger of the two. The only other fish are a sixline wrasse and a lawnmower. Could the six line be killing them? And right after the first clown went missing I got a HUGE dinoflagellete bloom. Could either of the fish be burring the bodies of my clowns?

There are some evil crabs out there, I found yet another gorilla crab yesterday I had to get rid of when cleaning out a coral piece. Those guys can do some damage. Here is a thread with the photo of the first evil guy in my bathtub:

You said dry so probably not then.

Yeah I checked I have a strainer and she wasn't there. I think it could have been the wrasse there is really nothing else in there. I just really want to know what happens to the left overs. I thought the first jumped but I never found a body.

Hermits can do away with a body in a matter of hours. If you have an algae bloom that will be a hint at poor water conditions. Also, the blenny would be more likely to be an aggressor than the wrasse. Every blenny I have ever had always ends up being the most aggressive fish in the tank.
