Clown trigger, Porcupine puffer and Dragon Wrasse?

thanks for the advice, i quite like the look of the niger trigger (how is it pronounced?) so back to the original questions

can i have the fish mentioned in the title all together?
what stuff would i have to take out of the tank?
what can i keep in?
what from the above can i place in my other 24gal?

also id like to no if it would be possible to put a snowflake eel in with the above fish??

 

ok so knock the trigger on the head, what about the puffer and dragon wrasse?

Niger is pronounced exactly how you wouldn't want to say it in front of you african american friends

It's actually the word for black in latin i believe.. or one of those latin based languages
