Clown twitching on sandbed?

    I don't know how else to describe it, but my female clown goes to the sandbed then goes to her side and does this twitching thing on the sand. She's the only one that does it, and it's only once in a while, but it's just weird.
    is it just a normal clown thing

    not funny :p although she does act like a ***** to the male but has gotten better

    Mine both twitch and dance a lot. They act loopy all the time....guess that's why they call em clowns.....lol :)

    haha ya and mine always swim slightly tilted to one side its really wierd

    My clowns do this aswell. A clowns personality at its best :)

    mine do it to move sand away from their anemone

    The twitching and turning on the side is a showing of submission by clownfish. It's normally done more by males, but they all do it every once in a while ;)
