I have a true perc in qt and i am dying to put him in the nano. My ? is...he has this little black dot on his left cheek. Is this cause for meds or should i just keep an eye on it? He is eating well and he acts like a clown "should." Any ideas???

My Clowns have developed black areas and dark areas over time. My female has darked up quite a bit but I've never seen a black spot. Is it raised above the scales?

Is this the same fish that the LFS was concerned could have been collected by drugging?

Sorry it took so long to get back with you...same fish I told ya about, yes. The spot looks similar to taking an ink pen and tapping a piece of paper. Not raised, but located just behind the mouth and not by the gills. The fish will not sit still long enough for a picture although the pic would probably not pick it up. It just does not understand when I tell it to say "cheese." [smiley=hehe.gif]
