Hmm. Yeah you had it to long for an illness to now take affect. :/ Blindness would make sense for the fish's actions..

It could have been a parasite as well. Did you happen to introduce anything new in the tank, like coral frag, more live rock, clam, etc? I bought some amphipods once and almost introduced isopods into my system. Luckily I saw them before I dumped the bag in. Something to consider.
Have you tested for copper in your tank? Do you use conditioned tap water or RO/DI water? Each fish is unique and each will have their own tolerance to toxins and stress, so it makes it really hard to pinpoint the causes. :(

No i do everthing by the book. I use RO/DI water. I don't use any chemicals in the DT. I did add a 6 line wrasse about two weeks ago, but i had him in QT for a month and it was very heathy and active and no signs of infections or illness. I am concerned that i am about to find out forsure. Looking into My DT this morning something seems off........My foxface is now hiding in a cave and it's never been there before. Anyone have any ideas? i have done a 10% water change yesterday, maybe ill do another 10% today

look for stray voltage... my fish acted like that when they got shocked... I had a heater go bad on me, and lost a fish... it really messes with their nervous systems.

I am sooo sorry to hear about your problems with the clown... but some of them just cannot take the stress of shipping etc.... I guess that's part of our hobby. You never know whether a fish is going to make it or not. If all your water parameters are perfect, then I just assume it's a loss. Sorry but don't give up!
