clownfish divorce?

    ive had these 2 saddle back clowns since the start of the tank about a year ago. they were inseparable ,always hanging out in some bali xenia in the center of my tank. now they are staying as far apart as possible. any ideas?

    Must have had a fight :( Even the best relationships have bumps in the road.

    Haha no, I don't know. Maybe they just needed a little space?

    could be its been like this for afew days..no psychical signs of a fight but not all fights are psychical i guess lol

    When I first got my clowns, they stayed not one inch apart. Now they move freely and host different corals but accept each other existence. One thing I notice is that they stay really close at night. :cheesy:

    these guys sleep against the glass on either end of the tank lol even during feeding time they wont come to the center if i feed there i hafta make special feeding for them

    I had something similar to my clowns, it was after about a year also. Maybe they go through the 7-year itch after a year? It seems like the "separation" lasted a few weeks, but they eventually got back to being their normal clown selves.

    ohhh ok that makes sense so they are becoming male/female very cool. i was wondering wich was wich bc they are very similar in size as of now
