Here us a pic of our eggs on day 3. We still have a ton! We've turned up the temp(i believe it's now at 80) so the egg incubation isn't as long. We're also upgrading to a 10 gal fry tank so the water is easier to maintain.
Also, here is another video of the two spawning. It was so cool to see.

The first pic is of the latest hatch and the second is the first hatch. It might be kinda hard to see but in the first pic you can start to see body bars on some of the fry.

That is awesome, Daniel! Your first fry are looking great and there is one fry in the first pic that you can see really well. Our latest set of eggs should be hatching within the next few nights, so we'll see.

Always more questions for you... How long do you keep your light on each day for your fry? How many watts is it?

That is so awesome!!! I'll be excited once we get to that point. The eggs should be pretty close to hatching now.

Thanks guys.I leave my lights on for the fry 24 hrs a day for the first week and a half to two weeks. Then I leave them on for about 12-16 hours a day after that.I only use a 13 watt cfl in a small reflector from lowes. It is the kind you can clamp on to different things and move around. This allows me to find the right amount of light for the fry.To much I point it away from the tank some and to little I move back towards the tank.If you need me to I take a pic.Sorry I suck at explaining things.Good luck on the next hatch.
