Once you have a good number are you going to sell to the LFS? or try to go direct with folks? Hell, you gonna open up a LFS outa your garage???? :p

    That's hilarious Daniel!

I was going to break the news to her gently at some point before the stuff arrived, but I didn't realize that my account at Marinedepot.com uses a shared email address!! Sooo, when I got the order confirmation email and saw that it went to both of our phones, I sent her a quick text saying "I bought some fish food lol." No sooner than I hit send, she's calling me!

I forget why I didn't opt up for the ones rated 40g. They may have not been in stock or i didn't like the price jump between the 30g - 40g. Either way, I still have some learning to do before I need the same filtration power as you, Mr. 300! I think our problem is broodstock diet - which I hope to correct with my plethora of foods that I just purchased - and aeration. When day 8 rolls around, we usually have between 50-100 eggs left on a good clutch and we don't always have the best hatch rates. It would be nice if we can transition our clowns off of laying on/in the skull and onto laying on a pot that we can aerate with a 4" stone from walmart. If you think about it, the shape of a pot is perfect for aeration!

    Thanks Epsilon!

I wouldn't put any of the above options past us at some point in the future. However, we still have a long way to go before we're even able to cover some of the costs, much less make any profit, with only 1 ocellaris pair and yield rates of 2-15 fry. :) At least the garage doesn't charge us additional rent! lol

True that... Gotta love SB options that don't require a brick and mortar store rental... Though i guess this does require a bit of space of some kind some where.

That is too funny... I can just see that happening to me too! Except mine doesn't share the enthusiasm for the hobby that yours does! Yet! hopefully i can keep rubbing off on her.
