clownfish hiding

    I have started a new 30 gal saltwater tank. i have 25#live sand, 32#live rock. these items have been in tank 8 weeks.
    I have 10 hermit crabs, 2 featherdusters for 3 weeks, i added 2 yellowtail chromis,1 green chromis, 1 clownfish 8 days ago. the 3 chromis are active,
    the clown fish has been behind the live rock the entire time without coming out? Is this normal?

    does he eat. its common for some fish to hied when first put in a tank he may slowly come out.
