Mine do all of these things including the round mid section and have been for a year. I have never seen any eggs, not saying there haven't been any but they never hatched or were seen. The only thing different is mine look at my RBTA like they are too good to be hosted by it.

That is the reason I asked the question. I am trying to breed saltwater fish, and one pair of clowns is nearly 3 years old and no eggs. The other two pairs are over 2 years old as well. I thought you had a way to tell they were near a spawn.

My clown bit me very bad yesterday and drew blood from my arm. I was surprised.

I've seen people put the clowns and the nem in a acclimation box for a few hours, the clowns have nothing to do and nowhere to go, except to play around with the nem.

Only works though if you're able to safely move the nem, otherwise it's not worth the risk IMO.

Good luck, and don't get the clowns turn into a-holes like mine have!

They are just doing what they do.:)

Have you ever seen the video of 2 small occys. chasing and attacking fish 10 times there size?I have witnessed them chase off groupers on the reef.
Clowns are NOT ideal reefmates.imo Stick to Pomacentridae Damsels. They adapt well and don't bite/poke you.:)
