soo.. about a week ago i purchased a purple LTA, well i walk by my tank about an hour ago and see my female clown twitching and nudging its face against a few of the tentacles of my lta, then within 5 minutes it started leaning on it.

i whipped out my phone and took this quick video

im so excited! i had no idea it would happen within a week if at all!

And you have no issues with aggression between the two?

Not at all, the two are definitely a pair. It may not look like it in the video because the ocellaris male is still afraid of the LTA.

I'm wondering if that lta is big enough for both clowns, or if it will be smothered.

Just an update... since I added the purple lta he had planted himself right on down in the sand and was this way for a week and a half, nice and happy... but since the clown hosted he up rooted and is now wandering the tank....

Could it be the lta does not want to be its home? The clown even fed it a couple of times the few days it hosted

Now he is in the back corner of the tank. Although his mouth is nice and tight, tenticales plump and promptly grabed a piece of food and ate it just like normal...

    Any advise? Suggestions?
