Ive had these clownfish in my tank for about a 4 days now and they've been doing great but yesterday i started to notice what you see on the pictures...

I started seeing them swimming along together and sort of ''carving'' the sand bed with their lower fins.

Only one is doing it and the second one is always on top or by his side :)

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    This is normal clown behavior.

Spawning usually takes place on a smooth surface such as rock, clay pot, tile, sometimes the column of an anemone.

ohh ok :) and another question.. one of the clowns has the lower fins out most of the time

like not as long as the other one..

the one the has the fins out the least is the one that is ''Carving'' on the sand bed. :)

Well is the female is displaying her ovipositor that could be a different story,

    Is her abdomen swollen?

At this point you more than likely would not have a successful hatch. A lot of research needs to go into the care of the larvae, eggs, spawning.

If your interested in rearing clown fish you should start the research now so you will be ready in the future. It takes some dedication.

I would start with member Pickles threads on clown fish and Joyce Wilkerson's book "Clownfishes"

always or most od the time has the fins tucked in while the other one has them out.
idk why, its fine and as we speak its doing the carving thing on the sand bed
    with the fins.

and it like gitters a little sometimes and lower fins tucked in not top fins :)
