    Hey there,
I recently purchased 2 Ocellaris Clownfish from my LFS and for the past week they wont eat anything ive tried to feed them. I have tried frozen Prime Reef, frozen brine shrimp, frozen mysis, prime reef flakes and Ocean Nutrition Formula 2 pellets. I asked the fish store i bought them from what they fed them and they said they feed them the same things I have tried. They swim up to the food like they want to eat but swim away once they go up to it. Just woundering if anyone else has had any luck with any other food any suggestions would be helpful.
    Thanks, Tyler

Try soaking the food in garlic juice. That might get their attention.

It's not abnormal for new fish to not eat for a week or so. Another week goes by, then I'd be worried.

You could try live brine shrimp. The live food might entice their appetite.

Thanks for all the replys. I have had them for 2 weeks one of them will pick at the mysis but its only one or two bites. I will have to try the live brine shrimp if they dont start eating soon

Do you have pods? Perhaps they are feeding on those while you are not present?

My firefish is a fatass when he thinks I'm not looking haha.

ya I have plenty of pods and i have seen them pick at a few but they dont seem to be eating enough of them because there stomachs are getting sunken in. i think they are getting hungry enough to eat the mysis now though cuz they are picking at it a little more.
