Small pieces of squid or whitefish. I spent all of about $10 at the local fish market on the stuff people didn't want and had enough food for a year. Drop it near or on the tentacles. If it likes it you'll know, if not it'll release it and the clowns will have dinner ;)

watch carefully-- things can go from "not great" to "horrible" in less than a day, and a sick anen is poison to everything else. If they shrivel up and turn grey it's probably time for The Great White Highway. That being said, when I first got my sebae it was in bad shape and it not only recovered well, but was one of the two survivors of a major heat-related tank crash. they *can* be tough.

    Good luck!

Yes, the grocery store is fine. I wouldn't do the fresh water minnow (IMO, no evidence not to). Just remember not to force it-- if the food doesn't get eaten in a few minutes, take it out unless your clean-up crew is robust enough to take care of it.

have they seated down or are they still floating around?

Moving them probably won't work, they'll just move back. If you want them to stay put you'll have to change *something* about the front of the tank-- most likely water flow, maybe lighting. Moving them will just stress them more and risk tearing the foot.

should the flow be high or low and i have a blue atitinic in the front and a 10k in the back would that do it. and the pump in the rear flows upward and the one in the front flows some what downward so i have a circle flow

Ok, so... The anemones like light, so they may be migrating toward a bright spot. #2, the circular flow may not be great... search here for "laminar flow" to see post from people way smarter than I explaining it. Try to angle the pumps to create "collisions" in the water flow. The anemones might end up right on the edge of a strong flow area: not directly in the flow, but close enough that food would be blown by.

All that aside, don't make too many changes until things have settled down in the tank. Leave everything as it is for a few weeks unless you see a major problem.
