clowns breeding?

    Hi

    quick question how big to common clowns have to be before breeding and laying eggs? mine are always virbrating to each other, but both clowns are still pritty small

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    This shimming and shaking is clown fish communication, submission and dominance.

    Clowns will do this through their life span.

    The female Clown needs to be around 2 years old, the male can be significantly younger.

    Before spawning the female will display a rounded abdomen and the male will begin to clean a surface. Both may become more aggressive than usually and defend that spot they are cleaning.
