College Letter of Recomendation - need your advice

Thanks, a bunch, Thor! What did you end up graduating in?

I almost forgot...I'm in my second year of Chinese at my high school.

I hope to stay close to 3reef while in college. With work, and classes, etc. I will be busy for sure, but I will keep checking in with folks here; you guys and gals have all been great.

 

just dont get accepted and joing the navy insted like i did.

 

I couldn't do that. I'm too much of a hippy. lol.

My Dad went to Ohio State for industrial design, but he was wait listed (#101; at that time they only took 100 people a semester). He was frustrated and did join the navy. He's been retired for a decade, after 22 years in.

 

I ended up graduating with a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology. I'm a federal employee now (have been for almost 12 years) and I work with State, Local, and Tribal law enforcement agencies across the nation. It is very rewarding, but can be a bit more stress than I would like at times, but that is life.

At times though, I really wish I would have considered/gone into marine biology. Who knows, maybe in a second life sometime .

Thanks. I can't quite decide whether I want to become a marine biologist (or similar) or start my own company? Right now I seem to be leaning toward the latter of the two...

I got a 1480 on my SAT. Just got ACT scores back yesterday...got a 20 for my composite.
