I curently have a 30 gallon tank with a 150W MH light. i have two clownfish and a dwarf lionfish. i also have a filter for a 75 gallon tank on my tank. i was wanting to know what kind of corals and anemones i could get. i currently have two riccordea mushrooms or polyps however you want to say it and frog spawn. i am a begginer at this so it would be nice if they were reletively easy. (I really want an anemone if possible) thanks in advance

if you are begining, I would definately stay away from an anemone. They are for advanced aquarist and can cause lots of problems.

What you can have...I would start with some star polyps, mushrooms and zoas. The mushroom and zoas have some really cool colors in it and is a great starter. Once you get the swing of those then you can move onto some other corals...LPS (acans, frogspawn)
