best colors for LPS come from scollys... zoas offer some pretty bright colors but can sometimes be pricey.
    Chalices have neat colors.
goniopora are SUPER colored, but they die almost 100% of the time
wesophillia can have pretty colors if your willing to pay for them

Really though, sps is the way to go ;)

all of these colours are available in Zoanthids
Shrooms including ricordia species have some intense colours IMO
Trachy - open brain corals, some great reds and greens IMO
Acans - some great colours also
Scollys - the bleeding apple variety in green and red is intense IMO
Yellow polyps are the nicest yellow in softy coral IMO

Most coral genuses have some colorful options, there are too many to list. Browse some of the 3reef sponsor sites or sites like liveaquaria.com, uniquecorals.com, vividaquariums.com, worldwidecorals.com. There are lots of coral vendors out there with lots of good examples of colorful corals.
Just be careful, some sites tend to overexaggerated the coral's colors, or take pictures under heavy heavy actinic to get colors to flouresce more than they might in your tank.

Some of the Monti caps will respond well to the same lighting conditions as LPS, and these come in nice variations of orange, green, and purple... they add lots of color, IMO. Monti's are fairly easy SPS to keep, so I recommend trying them if you can keep LPS healthy.
