I thought mine died so I threw it away, now I have about 50 sprouting up like weeds and I don't feed them anything.

    None and nothing.

For starts, you don't need trace elements... even some of the most serious reefers don't use trace elements. WC can replinish what you lose.

I wouldn't include Ca, Mg, or Alk in the bucket of trace elements personally. But for this coral, these things aren't all that important.

Keep your Alk, SG, and pH stabe, and you'll be fine.

(I assume you have adequate lighting)

Has anyone mentioned to you about your stocking? I am looking at your sig

You are overstocked IMO.. 9 fish? WOW. And some of those need more room than a 55... Also, with all those anemone's... I'm betting one will take out any coral you put in... just a matter of time...

I have a colt and they feed primarily off light. Iodine helps but must be tested for. I feed Phytoplankton and Coral frenzy, maybe 2 times a month. I use Formula 28 by sea lab to maintain my Calcium and it has all the trace elements in it.
