Colt has holes

Colt coral had kinda shriveled up and hasnt been to perky also has some holes in it any idea what this might be from

 

My colt has issues every now and then... Some times it's extended fully and has to drape at the top of the water and then every now and then it get's all purple and shrivles up and looks dead. I'm thinking about dosing it with Viagra....

They maintain a large amount of tank water. They are known for changing out water every now and then.

The last small stock I had that died, turned pure white.

where do you think the holes came from

 

Possibly a parasitic snail

 

they are starting to perk back up a little but im still wondering where these holes came from

 

or worm
