    Has anyone every used a combo of T5 and LED Lighting.

    I have 2 54watt T5 light fixtures and two Reefbreeders value fixtures. Going for an SPS dominate tank.

    I like both LED's and T5's. Just wondering if there is a practical advantage to using both.

    75 gallon tank with 40 gallon sump

    I did for years. Much better spectrum coverage than was possible at the time. Now, some LED manufacturers are making full spectrum lighting...less of a need for it.
