Comcast Bills?!

the bill i got in the mail says $168, the bill online says $288???

whats up with that?!

 

it is called comcrap for a reason...

 

hahahah theyve lost their mind if they think ill pay almost 300 for a months service

 

I always pay what the paper bill shows. Our cable company down here keeps a running balance, so part way through the month it shows what has accumulated for the current month plus the balance for the previous billing period until it is paid. Like I said, always paid what the paper bill said and was fine.

 

thats what happend here, i guess the billing cycle here starts on the 22nd of the month, and the first bill (after install) isnt due untill the 29th. SO i had the first months bill of 160 somthing plus next months bill, which is why it said 288. turns out if you call comcast, with the intention of killing everyone, they are extreeeeemly helpful

 

They tried charging me when I called them to fix their mistake. I was away for a week and when I got home the internet and cable weren't working. I called the hub and they sent someone out. He said that they were sent to my building to cut someone's service off and did it to the wrong apartment. Camcrap then tried to charge me $50 for having them come out and fix their mistake.

A friend of mine works for comcrap. He gives me these neat little cards that make comcrap run to my rescue right away.
