    I went through this same thing at the company I work for. They were able to get it corrected. took them a couple days.

    Did you correct it or did Comcast respond to your query regarding this matter?

    Matt- They corrected it. I work for a large insurance company (don't shoot) which as you can guess have many mutual clients with comcast. I put in a ticket and then just made the business case letting them know what the emails were, when they were triggered and the types of communication that were being sent in those emails. Go at them with stats Number of users on 3 reef daily traffic and what it will do to the forum if not corrected. Having this information at the ready will really help.. I think you'll be fine. More of a hassel then anything else. If you need any help pushing let us know.
