There is a aquarium sealant that will not leech out harmful stuff once it cures. at home depot it is 4 or 5 bucks, and specifically states, aquarium safe. from the looks of that picture, it looks like you did not use much sealant to hold that. you need a bead from bottom to top on both sides of the baffle, and on the bottom of both sides as well and let it cure for 24 hours. dont be stingy, you dont want to go through this with your tank up and running and life dependant on your filter.
    good luck.

I was also wondering where your return pump is situated? f it is right under your skimmer outflow, that is going to make bubbles. Also make sure that your pump is completely submerged, by about 5 or six inches, because some pumps are so powerful that they will cause a venturi (underwater tornado) to the surface and draw in air.
    Cheers.

Another solution to keeping the acylic walls in place is to cut out a piece or a few pieces of acrylic and place it on the bottom of the sump tank and then glue the acrylic baffles to it on the bottom with acrylic cement and then silicon the baffles to the sides of the tank.

I did just use silicone , a bead on each side of the baffles. It looks like you need to rethink your sump design......

    Those are mega bubbles!!!!;)

It looks like you drilled your sump? Since you have to redo the baffles, perhaps you can fit the skimmer on the overflow side of the sump? That way , by the time the water gets to the return side, alot of the bubbles will have dissapated.

Also, as was mentioned, make sure there is plenty of water above the return pump. Any bubbles near the return pump will also get sucked up, chopped up, and made into tons of smaller bubbles....:p

Thanks for the pics! You will get there! We mostly all started where you are today!!!!;D Just keep posting, and we will walk you through stuff!

Well the water has finally cleared. I took the 100 Lbs of rock out of my 30 and put it in. Yes the pump is drilled, btw the skimmer wasnt even on with all those bubbles. I need a pump powerful enough, any suggestions? Its a reef devil. I see a lot of dead pods in my macro, its sad they were thriving in my 30 gal fuge
