    I have some plants coming today for my freshwater setup..the fedex guy knows me haha turns out he used to have a sw tank!

    Well, they get very big. Up to about 18". As to how long, probably a few years. Growth can depend on how much and often you feed them. You probably have a while.

    Cool--I just had to have this fish, he was one of the ones that made me want a saltwater tank---BTW what will happen when he gets too big?? Die?? eat the others?? Throw all the water out of the tank?? hahaha
