compact lights

i have a 75 reefand for lights i bought a satellite 48" 65w 2-lamp 24 hour lighting system it includes 2 65-watt smartpaq 10000k/460nm actinic all in 1 lamps and 2 white moon leds. electronic ballast. is this good enought for my 75 gal reef with anemones and soft coral and leathers may want 1 or 2 stony coral like bubble in the future.

 

i also have live rock

 

The anenomes may pose a problem depending on species. I belive there are some you may be able to keep. As for stonies you should be able to keep most LPS. Probably no SPS, I have heard of people keeping Montipora but they browned up and definatly wern't thriving.

 

130watts is not enough for that size tank for what you want to keep IMHO. You need twice that.

 

Oh,Raven you right, my mistake. I would suggest at least a 220w CF fixture.

 

Do the actinics count? I have a Compact with 2x 65w 10,000 and 2 65w actinics...I don't remember now if the actinics count...??

That would be fine then, with 260 watts.  They way you posted, it sounded like you only had 130w.
