    i plan on starting a 38 gallon with either a wet/dry or a sump and a HUGE protein skimmer:p.

there will be about 25-30 pounds of liverock which will be aquascaped with cves and overhangs

there will also be some simple corals like torch, polyps, mushrooms, and leather corals, and fish:

WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON MONTIPORA???how easy?

i wanted to keep a dwarf fuzzy, maroon and some other fishes but im not sure what are compatible. something oddballish and cool looking.:p:confused:

i wanted to know what fish are compatible with a reef tank and a fuzzy lion and a maroon
im still not sure what size tank either a 50, 45, or 38gallon and i'm leaning to the 45. i hope i can keep a waspfish and a maroon and fuzzy lion. what else can i put in the tank that liven in the sand or is an oddballish fish that can live in a 45 gallon easy coral reef? thanks

Whatever you do, add the clownfish LAST.

because it is way more likely to terrorize newcomers if he/she already is established..id try and make sure you get a bigger clown if you want a waspfish/lionfish else itll become dinner (it still might be lunch even if you get a nice sized one) i would also prolly only keep one or the other (waspfish or lion)..just my 2 cents

Why would you only keep a fuzzy or a wasp? Why not both?

you said fuzzy dwarf, they are small so wont eat your clown, Maroons clowns are especially aggressive. If you want oddballish fish check out an angler. 45 gallons is a rather tall and not as wide tank so fish that don't need as much room or swim as much would do better.

    ok cool thanks
ok so prob 2 waspfish a maroon and a dwarf fuzzy.

ok im going to do it. maybe one wasp and 2 less predatory fish

what is large enough that it wont be eaten yet creates much less bioload and looks cool?
sounds like a fantasy! but im not sure. ill post more on what i find on live aquaria and see what you guys think! thanks-
