hello, just wanted to know if my condi is going to be a problem when I start stocking corals in my tank?

Ive recently added condi (2weeks ago), purple mush(1 week ago), and several fishes..

my condi has doubled its size already.. now when its fully open up under full lights. its about the size of a volley ball!! my purple mush rooms have also doubled in size in 1 week. the condi did move about 5" over to another rock.. when I put my new corals in the tank hopefully in the next 2-4 weeks, will my condi kill any of them (if they get in its way?)

if anyone has one of these please feel free to let me know your experiences.. because im not going to let a $8.00 volleyball size anemones kill any of more expense future corals!

Any anemone can potentially be a threat to corals down the road. Depends how much you like living with the risk of it picking up and moving or growing large enough to get within range of any coral.

Yep. It is a risk, also a risk to fish.
Just so you know, an anemone gaining in size that quickly is not a good sign. What kind of lighting do you have?

Checking your sig, anemones and power compacts really do not mix well. I may catch flack for saying that, but while some people have succeeded they are the exception and not the rule.

Getting rid of the condy is a great idea. They are pretty resistent anemones, very hardy....but a condy that size in a 55g is asking for problems. The PCs you have will sustain it......barely. It's walking the tightrope.
