My condy that I just picked up 2 days ago was doing fine and my cleaner shrimp fell in love and didn't leave him, but last night it started moving into a cave and now today he is tucked into a crevice and the shrimp is sitting right outside of it. What to do?:-/

Hey! Could you tell us more about your lights/vol of your tank?! That may help!

Leave it be! It will continue to move till it finds its happy place. With anemones, you can't move them and hope that they will stay where you place them, they have to make that decision for themselves!
Just be careful as it will injure anything in its track for the most part!

Thanks for the quick replies. I was afraid that may be a sign of not doing well. I'll keep my eye on it.

If it were starting to die, its tentacles will more than likely shrivel up and retract, plus its foot would start to deteriorate, and it would eventually turn into a cheesy, goopy blob, then presenting a problem and gross stench in your tank and polluting your water.

    Sit tight.

    Nothing you can do.

Anems hide when they are not happy, or when getting used to new environment.
