confused!!!!!

i just bought a coralife protien skimmer. i installed it and ive got alot of buubles in the water! i did what the instuctions said. what am i doing wrong?

My least favorite skimmer for noise and adjustment reasons. If you can take it back I would and get a better skimmer.

All I can say is that you will be happier with a better brand of skimmer.

I believe member grinder drove over his coral life with a small SUV and finally achieved happiness.

 

I agree with Corailline. In my case I had to have a HOB as I do not have a sump. With that in mind I did a ton of research before finding the best one I could afford.

 

I had 1 for a month and didn't mind it, but the things seems to get slammed a lot so I'd take it back and save about $40 more for a reef octopus!

But If ya keep it look at this, you'll need to mod it, I did mine!

It's bad too. Go for reef octopus and be happy!

 

yeah bro, I'd do more water changes before i'd skimp on a skimmer again, just save up!

 

I just got the same skimmer and it's making micro bubbles and very noisy anyone here know how to reduce the noise on this thing? Is the breaking in causing this?
