That is annoying. I have never had any problem with my turbelle.

Yea up untill now i have never heard bad things but they are in the 180 and i have a lot of coral in there so it kinda sucks to always have to keep an eye out to make sure they are working.

Yeah that's no good. I'd send Tunze a note and see if they will swap them out or tell you what to do.

Hmm... still debating the ecotechs as well.. maybe just one mp40 for the controllable and most of my flow.. I still have my return and a modded maxi at my disposal. My tank is a 6 foot 125g and i only really keep softies and lps. I dont need a LOT of flow.

Just looked at your build thread. Nice tank! You have a lot of options with that size tank.

Thanks.. i get wicked deals on everything lol me and oceanparadise were talking about this yesterday.

I paid $250 for the tank, pumps, powerheads, heater, sump, plumbing, about 50lbs of base rock, and stand.

I found it online on a local forum while I was searching for a 20g long for the 75g that I had just bought. Was about 8 mins from my house. Also got the 75 on a deal, 75g with corner overflow, drilled and plumbed with bulkheads and locline for $75 lol

So now just trying to upgrade some things after I got everything worked out.

    Korallias are made in Italy.

    Italian vs german. you decide.

In this case, the germans are more expensive, which is usually a rarity.

The K's are very nice powerheads, and are very reliable.

I would probably go with the Korallias personally, unless you have a huge tank where the controllable Korallias are only good to 1400 gph, tunzes go higher.
