Controllable pumps

How much bigger? if you get the korallia 4 channel controller, take 1400gph x 4. that is max with 1 K controller. You could always add more. From what I see, if you go very large, you need 1 tunze controller per 2 tunze streams. While they make big power tunzes, they get large and ugly.

Vortechs are a nice option as well, now that they have the bugs worked out on them after a couple of years.

 

oh yeah, there is the rio polario as well. around 300 dollars and up to 5500gph.

 

depends on which house we purchase.. either the 300g marineland but more preferably a 96" tank.. i think i have decided to go with the vortech mp40.... and if i do upgrade tanks later.. then can purchase another...

by the time I buy the tunze's.. and the controller... etc.. i will be up in that same price.. I get a really good deal on vortechs through our local club..

 

I would probably go the vortech route as well.

On my 193g, I will do something a little less $$. I know the 150 dollar seio controller works on maxijet modded pumps that do like 2100gph each. But I might jsut get 2 Korallia 4s, run my k3 as well, and us the SCWD I ahve ion the 90g for its return pump.

I will see how much wave action that makes, and go from there.
