    I read that dosing too much epsom salts at a rapid rate can raise your sulfates to undesirable or toxic levels. Can someone elaborate if true. And is there really a difference between the magnesium supplements sold in stores and the epsom salt??

    I have been slowly adding MG with little change yet. I will study up more on the epsom salt as i am not familiar with using it?

    I did pick up an IV bag and tubing. As son as i get the MG up then i am going to get started on making the drip!
