cool shrimp ideas needed!

    fwiw, harlequins require being fed live starfish to survive... while it would be a cool tank to have, it will take a lot of commitment to feed it a starfish each week...

    Blood red shrimp or Fire Shrimp. (same thing but some people call it different) They have tons of personality! :)

    another vote for fire shrimp, i love mine. cleaner shrimps arent as exotic as your probably looking for but they are very helpful and clean your hands when you stick them in haha

    Harlequines are messy eaters, you would have real issue with not only feeding them what they must have and keeping stable water quality in a 6 gal.

    If the fire shrimp is the only shrimp you may be alright otherwise a 6 gallon will not provide enough territory for it, it may kill other shrimp.

    A fireshrimp would be great of you just want one shrimp for a smaller tank.

    i know its not a shrimp but how about a pom pom crab. also i vote for scarlet cleaner shrimp. i love mine.

    I would go with a Perclimes anemone shrimp hosting a yuma or maxi mini (as long as you didn't have clownfish hosting it) or monkey shrimp.
