^ Eh, disagree. They look like a peach>mint green morph to me.

That's the thing with zoas. They're all just different color morphs. Any "name" given to them is arbitrary and completely dependent upon who's selling them.

    More like:

That's the thing with common names. They're all just selling points for the given color morph. Any "name" given to them is designed to pique your interest in buying the coral, unless it's a scientific identification.

Ah, but this would be the motive behind the arbitrary name...

Whatever they are called, they look really cool. Those colors are more unique. Nice pick up.

They aren't actually washed out. that's the camera. i could try a video if u want, they seem to show the color better on my camera.
the picture i found of aquaman blue was just plain green, this zoa has pink green and blue. maybe the pic i saw was a wrong one.

yeah the name doesn't really matter. i was just wondering. I would have liked to be able to do a little research to see how light/flow it likes. i know all zoas don't have to same requirements.

thanks but i couldn't find a pic of those to compare.

thanks. i really like them. the colors are awesome in person.

K+ to all for trying. thank you.

The only real way to determine what best will make them happy is to experiment. Even generic requirements for certain morphs will only get you so far.

For lighting, if they have too much light, they won't fully open, or open at all. If they have too little, they'll start to get "leggy" (elongating their stock, "reaching" for more light).

Flow is pretty generic though. More flow will keep them cleaner and will grow the most dense mat. It's only too much flow if they close up because of it.
