So, I am very excited to be seeing Copepods on my glass finally. My question though is about cleaning the glass. Should I try to knock them off before I use my mag float? I'd hate to kill them while cleaning the glass.

    I wouldn't worry about them.

Personally I blow them off with a turkey baster before I clean my glass :)

I leave my mag cleaner on my tank 24/7. The pods actually make a home in it. Helps to protect them from predators. When i clean the glass they are all still there.
