You may just need to give it more time. It me over 6 months before I really started noticing them in my tank.

I for some reason have never seen a copepod in my tank though I do have a fat healthy scooter. When I started my tank I seeded with a double dose of tigger pods and 2 bags of the reef cleaner ones

I've found, through personal experience and that of others, that if you have a fish that preys on pods, you won't hardly see them unless you search for them at night. On the other hand, I have no fish that prey on them and I see them out during the day scurrying all over the place.

How many pods should a fuge be started with? I added 2 bottles of tigger pods is that enough or should I get some more? and should I have different type?

the "pods" hobbyist report seeing usually are amphipods...they are larger and easy to see. gammarinds, caprellids...all as adults are readily visible.

copepods are much smaller. very hard to see, and the like to hide, are clear and live on surfaces and in nooks etc.... If you have a bloom of them you will notice them, mostly because their density but otherwise they may be hard to detect.

    rdarris-
one bottle of any product should be enough. you just want to seed it, and then let the population take care of itself. they will either get to a sustained population you like or they won't, adding more wont matter in the long run...

OK we're narrowing it down. Tigger-Pods or Tiger-Pods? That later is another company which is why I ask.
