    So sorry to hear that. I made sure I saw the one I bought eat before I bought him. I knew in advance they where picky eaters. I think you really have to be picky with fish like that. I mean making sure they are eating and you know what the LFS was feeding them. I had trouble with my first one but as I stated the second was fine. It must vary fish to fish. I have learned that each fish is its own individual and not all will make it in a aquarium. I really wish we could breed them all so the loss would be a lot lower rate.

    I am glad to hear everything else is doing good. Good luck and do not let it discourage you. We have all had these sad times and went out the next day to find a fish to fill the void :)

    Thanks for the kind words! As you stated, unfortunately it was a lesson hard learned. I would like to try another one someday after my tank has matured (since the transfer), but I don't know that I will considering how aggressive my yellow tang was towards it. I'll just have to find a more suitable fish for my tank.
