After hours spent reading articles online, I have finally decided I'm going to give keeping a copperband a shot. They've had a couple in my local shop for a while now, and I know that they are eating and are in good condition. I still won't be getting the fish for a while yet, however, but is it compatible with these other fish?

    2 Ocellaris Clowns
    Starry Algae Blenny
Powder Blue Tang [Will be introduced after the copperband]
    Coral Beauty
    Sixline Wrasse
    Pajama Cardinal
    Purple Firefish

I've got a few methods to get around the slow eating business and I'm willing to try plenty of different foods until I find the right one. So what do you guys think on compatibility, would the fish get bullied?

    Thanks for any help.

IMO, the coral beauty would be the only real concern. If it gets along with the other fish, you may be ok, but if it territorial, who knows.

90 Gallon tank - over stocked?

Also - 44 kgs of live rock. I have a Deltec MCE600 Skimmer and a rena canister filter (I don't know what the specs are off the top of my head, sorry!).

System age is about 3 months, when I purchase it will be about 4 and a half months.

As for the coral beauty - its very peaceful and I haven't run into any problems yet.

Currently: the clowns, coral beauty angelfish, sixline wrasse, starry algae blenny

The rest are only planned, I should of said, and are going to be added over the period of the next 3-4 months. October was the time I'd gone for with the copperband as I'm about all day around then to keep an eye on things.

personally , if youve got your heart set on the copperband , that would be the last and only other fish added. theyre tough enough to keep as is , and your bioload and swimming space will start to get very crowded if those others were added. these are just my own opinions , whatever thats worth. lol
