    Thank you Steve.

Not much more I can do to the tank, running out of room. All I can do now is watch it grow out and take pictures. Although I am considering a mp10 or mp20.

Thanks nighster. It took me literially about 1 year to figure out how to take pictures of my tank. Maybe one out of 50 is any good. It is the double hobby whammy. Photography and reefing. ;D

Well here they are Red Bugs

I have decided to treat for them, going to have to remove the pistol shrimp and the acropora crabs. Some people report that they did not loose any shrimp, crabs or hermits during treatment but there is the risk. It would be so simple if I could just treat the tank with interceptor and be done with it, its' never that simple. At least I really have no room for more frags so I hope to avoid re-introduction.

Any helpful hints or personal experience with red bugs, would be very much appreciated.

Pocillpora, of course they do not get red bugs, just thought he looked really fuzzy.

Sorry to hear. You will need to do 3 treatments 5 to 7 days apart. Buy the treatment for 50lb+ dogs. It is the largest size.

    Thanks for the link John.

All the formal links strictly state remove shirmp, crabs, hermits...... Personal accounts differ, some made through all three treatment, some died that first treatment.

If I do remove the pistol that means seriously disturbing the sand bed, so I am considering going bare bottom or a darker substrate, and if I am going to go to all the trouble I am thinking of removing the gsp from the back wall, it actually peals off with alittle effort.

Sounds like a good idea to kill multiple bugs at the same time.;D:-[
