Nismo, I am going to treat every 10 days for 2 more doses.

It is all good. Lost a acropora crab but over all treatment seems pretty darn safe for everyone except crabs.

My old bristleworm out 3 days after treatment.

Stylophora looking radioactive. Strange corals that one.

Thank you guys. I consider it a done deal now, no more red bugs as near as I can tell.

Corals look great, great shots. You will need to treat again because the eggs are immune to the tereatment.:(

    Thanks John,

Yes I am going to treat again in 5 days.

Interceptor really knocks out the pods and some of the brittle stars, just starting to see pods again after so many days. It messes with the algae growth as well. Greatly decreased film algae, and tiny spots of cyano starting and that never happens. I am still happy I did it though.

Next time lower dose and larger water changes.

To my knowledge, most people now agree they do not lay eggs. Many people only do one treatment with long term success. However, some have had a re-occurrence with only one treatment.

I did 2 treatments, 4 days apart with no water change after the first treatment.

    Thank you grinder. :)

Unfortunately if I do not wait longer and do a more aggressive water change I will loose the pistol shrimp, otherwise I would just nuke the tank.

How they reproduce I do not know. One thing I did notice is that they burrow into the polyp structure of the corals when disturbed.
