    Thanks schackmel. ;D

    Hey Nismo,

Yeah, the monti is just growing that way. An acropora killed a small portion and it started to grow straight up at the line of the dead piece.
    :)

This first image is the RP Feb. 6th shortly after first fragging. Second image is one month later after 2nd fragging. Weather the growth spurt is caused by fragging or upping my dosing regime or a combo of both I do not know for sure, but for a months growth I see a notable difference.

Great growth, I think you are looking at a combination effect for the growth along with the coral being larger and having more energy to devote to growth.

Woohoo 10000 posts. Hmmm I think I might need a life since I got to 10000 posts so fast.:-[:-/:eek:

Congratulations!!!! :) Life what is that? I thought it is working and then working on my tank..... While enjoying interactions with my fellow reefers.

I love the fact that fragging has not diminished the size of the RP, that makes it worth it.

It is great the way coral react to being fragged. Some of my coral appear to be growing fast again. I think it is a combination of lowering DOC in the tank and the resulting algae reduction and having the parameters more steady with hourly dosing.

I know what you mean about life and this addiction/hobby.

    Thank you Nismo. :)

Just a side shot, the blue of the Cali Tort, is noticeable at this angle.
