Man it has been a tough 10 days on the aquarium front. Had my doubts, was very frustrated, at times wondering why I even bother. The tank, fish and corals are starting to come around again though finally.

The female clown fish became very sick, she did not eat for 6 days straight. I was sure she was history on 2 nights, but she pulled through and is now back to her old self. She was so bad she was no longer attacking me when I put my hand in the tank. The male was so devoted, he stayed by her side and looked very sad. But all is well with the kids once again (knock on wood).

The Green Millepora that had the tissue loss issue had to be fragged into 4 pieces. Found it 2 consecutive morning with more tissue loss. I now believe it was a pathogen similar to brown jelly disease. All new frags are doing well, but starting from scratch again with that corals. It was so beautiful.

I probably nuked too much of the rock at one time. Lesson learned. But all corals have returned to normal. My diagnostic coral, as member BTowned so appropriately coined is the duncan, is looking good.

I know another novel, but hopefully it might assist someone from making the same mistakes and fumbles that I have.

I'm happy that for the most everything is turning out all right to say the least. I hope all continues on an upward climb and your beautiful nano is restored to normal.

Thank you guys, I really appreciated it.

Only thing left to do is nuke the remaining rock works and do some coral arranging. The rocks are stark white, but coralline will return soon enough. Tank should be ready again for prime time in about 2 weeks with any luck.

    :)

    LOL. :cheesy:

The horse is already out of the barn, with regards to naming corals. So name away and spread your coral legacy, more power to you. ;)
