On the frag image you can really see the coral encrusting and then the vertical growth.

The desert flower image in one of the better ones, of the flowers I have taken lately.

Looks like you're really getting the hang of it! I was wondering if you were going to post some outdoor pictures here or in another thread. At least it's nice to look at warmer weather. Spring time here has been cloudy cold and rainy.

One more tip. If you use macro mode, try not to zoom in at all. You'll get a better range of focus for close-ups. When you eventually get a better camera, it won't matter as much. When I upgraded my point and shoot to the D10, I found it was harder to take bad pictures.

Wow I love that 3rd pic you have there, that coral is gorgeous. What type of sps is that? I'm not too too familiar with all the diff sps names.. I recently bought my 3 sps frag, so I'm just starting to get my feet wet in it..! The first pic.. Digitata..?

FYI.. It was 93 down here today with 90% humidity.. Hope your livin it up over there in cactus country lol :)

Yes this camera has an issue with low iso mode and macro mode. Point and shoot, what can I expect, it has more than paid for it self in the enjoyment. I looked back on my older pictures on this thread, dang they were bad. lol

Yeap your right Digitata, love the color.
    Next Duncan.
And all the frags are Red Planet, they just look darker because they are off to the side not directly under the light, just goes to show what a hardy coral they are.

Ugggg. Today was 96 and 10%, I was dying on my walk. You are a better man then me (well I am girl), I be gone so fast.

Doing ok I guess lol, I'm not seeing too much growth but its still green. I think it may be changing again. Ill take a closer look later today when I'm back home. Maybe post a picture or 2 on my build thread. Your duncans are looking awesome! I think one of the heads on mine is forming a new head, I'm not 100% sure though.

    Miserable tank week.

Lost male clown fish. Went to top off right before bed, must have spooked him and he jumped. Found next am, what to do now?

STN setting in to Cali tort and Stylophora. No idea why, almost the like the demise of my green Milleopora but not as quickly. All I can think of is the size of the GSP has grown so much that I can no longer control any type of possible chemical warfare with carbon and water changes. Just spectulation, could be another pathogen but nothing new introduced to the tank since Dec. The GSP might not be an issue in a larger tank but in a nano well, do not know.

Anyway. First image is that Christmas Milleopora, fast grower but ugly colors. Next you can see my GSP issue.
